Super easy transaction, this company stepped up and offered to pay for improvements that we had done, roof, gutters, furnace/ac, windows, electric update, other buyers saw -0- value in those improvements(so they said), the people that I dealt with were very pleasant, in the end, we got what we needed, this group will finish it out and I am sure it will be beautiful.
