I could not have picked a better company to sale my house to. Haley explained the process and was very nice the entire time. Although my house was in very bad shape, their offer was fair and allowed me to pay off my loan with a little left over. I did not have to clean or move the items that I no longer wanted and no closing costs. Haley told me I can see the house after they renovate it. We talked to Haley on March 1st for the first time. She visited the property on March 2nd and we received a contract agreement on the 3rd. We submitted the contract on March 7th and closed March 18. The entire process was quick and painless. Haley checked in with us several times to keep us updated and to answer any questions we might have. We met Nick during a walk through of the property with his contractor. They have a good business model and we highly recommend All Ohio Homebuyers to anyone wanting to sell a property as is.

From start to finish, this company was very courteous and professional. Haley helped ease our mind through all of our questions and concerns. They worked with us and were still able to help us even after we discovered some deeper faults with the property. They were detrimental in lifting a burden from our shoulders we wouldn’t have been able to do on our own. If anyone needs to part with a property, I highly recommend this company. This is a great company to work with. A family member had a health emergency and was no longer able to live in their house. We contacted All Ohio Homebuyers to help with the sale of the house and were immediately contacted by Haley. She promptly scheduled an inspection and had a quote to us in three days. The quote was a very fair price. She was so helpful through this process. She kept us updated on everything relating to the house, inspections, and the closing process. I wish I could give this company 10 stars!! My 87 year old mother was trying to sell her house, and move across country to California. She had lived alone, in the same house, for 56 years and many, many things needed to be completely redone. After calling many companies, we then called All Ohio Homebuyers. From the first meeting with Greg Brenner, there was a trust and care that was different from the other companies. They gave us a more-than-fair offer, were so accommodating with our ever changing schedule and treated my mother with such kindness and patience, that she told me she “felt like she was dealing with an old friend”, when she had questions or concerns. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are looking to sell you house, PLEASE, PLEASE, give Greg Brenner at All Ohio Homebuyers a call. I promise you will not be disappointed! We received a postcard in the mail from All Ohio Homebuyers. Was already thinking about selling our house but didn’t have the time or energy to get it “realtor ready”. My wife reached out to them and Haley explained to her the whole process. We then setup an appointment for AOH to survey the property, and propose an offer. They gave us more than a fair offer; considering we wouldn’t have to do any repairs. Also no realtor fees or closing costs involved. After we accepted their price an inspector looked it over. Nothing of major concern was found. They gave us an ample amount of time to find a place, and Haley checked in with us from time to time, just to see how our house hunt was going. This company kept their word throughout the entire process. Haley and Nick were always professional, courteous and respectful. I believe this to be a business of integrity and fairness.
